If you need to have access to your bags during your storage, please contact the store directly to see if that is possible with your reserved shop. You may not always be able to retrieve your luggage during storage, due to staff regulations or your luggage being stored in a separate warehouse.

Please note that you will NOT be able to have access to your bags if you deposit your bags inside Tokyo Station, as your luggage is being stored in a separate warehouse.
