First-time only promo codes cannot be used if you've already made a reservation.

Discounts will automatically be applied when you create your next reservation.

The order that your promo code will be used in is:

 1. First time only coupons
 2. Coupons with expiry dates
 3. Coupons with the highest value.

If you have accidentally created a reservation before entering your promo code, please contact us, or cancel your reservation and create a new reservation using your promo code.
