When you need to organize, download, or manage multiple videos, bulk actions save significant time. Select videos from your dashboard, then perform actions on all of them at once.
Selecting Videos
How you select videos depends on which view mode you're using.

In Grid View
Grid view uses click-and-drag selection.
Click and drag your cursor across the grid to create a selection rectangle. All videos within the rectangle select automatically when you release.
In List View
List view uses checkbox-based selection.
Click the checkbox next to any video to select it. Hold Shift and click another checkbox to select everything between your first selection and the Shift-click.
This makes it easy to select large ranges—click the first video, scroll down, hold Shift, and click the last video.
The Selection Action Bar
Once you've selected videos, a floating action bar appears at the bottom of your screen.
The bar shows your selection count and provides access to bulk actions. It stays visible as you scroll, so you can select videos from different parts of the page before taking action.
Keyboard Shortcut
Press A to jump focus directly to the Actions button. From there, press Enter to open the command palette.
This lets you select videos, hit A, hit Enter, and immediately search for the action you want—all without touching your mouse.
Opening the Command Palette
Click the Actions button in the selection bar to open the command palette.
The palette displays all available actions. Type to search by name, or use arrow keys to navigate the list. Press Enter to execute the highlighted action.
Available Actions
Download Files
Download caption files for all selected videos. Choose your format:
SRT —Standard subtitle format, compatible with most video players
VTT —Web-friendly format for HTML5 players
DOCX —Microsoft Word document with full transcript
Plain text —Simple text file without timestamps
Note: The download action is disabled if any selected video is still processing. Only completed videos can be downloaded.
Export CSV with Share Links
Generate a CSV file containing embeddable share links for all selected videos.
The CSV includes:
Video title
Share link URL
Duration
Upload date
Use this to distribute links in bulk, import into your LMS, or share with colleagues who need access to specific videos.
Move to Folder
Move all selected videos to a different folder.
When you choose this action, a folder picker appears. Navigate to your destination folder and click Move. All selected videos relocate immediately.
Moving videos doesn't affect their processing status or any other properties, just their location in your folder structure.
Delete Selected
This action will delete all selected videos. Before deleting, a confirmation dialog appears showing exactly which videos will be deleted.
