Many key features in PX360 involve the ability to download reports from your account:

Whether you're using a PC or Mac/Apple computer, we highly recommend using the Google Chrome browser. There are two places to check that you are not blocking downloads from PX360:

1) Browser Menu > More Tools > Extensions

Toggle off any popup blockers you have installed in your web browser. The toggle should be gray when turned off.

2) Browser Menu > Settings

  • Privacy & Security > Site Settings

Update the settings for the PX360 app according to Google guidance.
