I don't recognize a transaction, what should I do?
Updated over a week ago

You don't recognize a transaction? This article explains the step-by-step procedure to follow if you suspect fraudulent payments.

1. Verify the transaction

Check the date and amount of the transaction from your Edenred+ app, "Home" tab.

❗️ It may happen that the name of the merchant associated with your transaction in the history is different from that of the shop where you made your purchase.

2. Contest the transaction

If you are sure that you are not the one who initiated the transaction, please contact our customer support from your Edenred+ app. Here are the steps to follow:

  • Go to your Edenred+ app, followed by the "Account";

  • Click on “Help & Contact”;

  • Click on "Contact Us";

  • On the new screen that appears, choose "Payments";

In the description, please explain the situation in detail so that we can investigate. Do not forget to include the references of the payment(s) concerned.

Once your request has been sent, our dedicated team will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.

3. Protecting my card

At the slightest suspicion of fraud:

💳 Check that you have not lost your physical card and/or phone.

🔒 Block your card temporarily. It can no longer be used (whether physical, virtual, or both), but you can unlock it later if you find it.

  • Go to your Edenred+ app, under the "Card" tab at the bottom of your screen;

  • Swipe your screen to the right or left to select the card you want to block;

  • Click on "Block temporarily" and unlock it whenever you want.
