How do I change my Edenred+ profile details?

This article explains how to change the information of your Edenred+ profile. First, log in to your Edenred+ app, under the "Account" section, then click on the "Edit" tab at the top right of the screen. 📱

👉 Change my first name and surname

  • Click on "Name";

  • Modify and then confirm your First Name and/or Surname;

  • Click on "Save".

👉 Change my email address

  • Click on "Email address";

  • Enter and confirm your new email address;

  • Click on "Save".

💡 Once your changes are saved, you will be automatically logged out of your account. Enter your new email address and security code to log in again.

👉 Change my phone number

  • Click on "Phone Number";

  • Enter your new phone number and click "Send my code" to receive your verification code on this number;

  • Enter the 6-digit verification code sent by SMS;

  • Click on "Save".

💡 The verification SMS assures us that you are the one responsible for this change and that a third party is not trying to access your account.

Once you have saved your changes, they will automatically appear on your profile. ✅
