The passcode is the 6-digit code you set when you created your Edenred+ account. It allows you to unlock your app and enable certain features safely.
To change it, you must:
Go to your Edenred+ app or web login page;
Click on "Forgot your passcode";
Click on "Reset passcode";
Enter the verification code sent by SMS;
Enter the verification code sent by email;
Enter your new passcode on the screen that appears;
Confirm your new 6-digit passcode.
💡 To strengthen the security of your passcode, you cannot repeat the same number more than twice, enter a sequence of three consecutive numbers (123 or 321 for example), or save a previously used code.
