Here we explain how to create your Edenred+ account in a few clicks from a computer!
1. Check your mailbox 💌
You will receive an email with the following subject: "[Company name] gives you access to Edenred+". Open it, you will find:
Your 10-character activation code.
All the steps to create your account and activate your benefits.
2. Visit the Edenred+ website 💻
Access Edenred+ from this adress: user.edenredplus.com.
❗️ Initially, if you create your account from a computer, you will not be able to log in from the app afterwards.
3. Create your account ✏️
Once on Edenred+, start by entering the 10 characters of the activation code received by email and let yourself be guided.
💡 Do not delay too much 😉. Your activation code is valid for 6 months. After this period, you must contact our customer service to receive a new one.
From your Edenred+ account, you can:
Check your balance
Access your transaction history
Order a physical card
🔜 New features are coming soon such as blocking/ unlocking your card, being able to add a credit card to complete your payments, etc.
4. Order your physical card 💳
Once your account is created, you will need to order a physical card to take advantage of your advantage.
From the menu, go to the "Map" tab and click on "Order a physical map"
💡 Be sure to enter a valid delivery address to be sure to receive your card (building, floors, so do not hesitate to fill in the address supplements). Delivery takes between 5 to 10 working days.
💡 If you want to get a virtual card directly, download the Edenred+ app and create your account from your phone.
5. Activate your physical card ✅
To use your physical card, activate it after its reception:
Go to your Edenred+ space, "Map" tab;
Click on the "Your physical card is delivered?" tab and confirm the delivery.
That’s it, your card is ready to use. Go to your favourite retailer! 🎉
💡 Your physical card can also be added to your wallet after it is received.
