Once your benefit(s) are ready to be used, you will receive an account activation email containing:
Your 10-digit activation code.
Step-by-step directions to create your account and activate your benefit(s).
2. Download the Edenred+ app 📱
You can find the Edenred+ app directly on the App Store or Play Store.
🔜 Edenred+ will be available on your computer soon, we are already working on it!
3. Create your account ✏️
Once you have downloaded the Edenred+ app, enter in the 10-digit activation code you received by email when prompted, and then follow the onscreen instructions.
💡 Your activation code is valid for 6 months. After this period, you must contact Customer Care to receive a new one.
4. Choose your payment method 💸
Choose from:
A virtual card which you can start using as soon as you create your account. To activate it, you simply have to add it directly to your wallet on your smartphone.
A physical card ordered directly from the Edenred+ app.
💡 A physical card can also be converted into a virtual card, but you will only be able to add it to your wallet once you have received it. To use your benefits right away, create a virtual card BEFORE ordering a physical card. You'll be able to enjoy all your benefits via contactless thanks to your smartphone!
