My app does not work after creating my account. What should I do ?

If you have issues with your Edenred+ app after activating an account, please verify that you received an email confirmation tiltled "[Name], welcome to Edenred+ 🎉".

If you have not received this email, it means your account is still being set up. In some cases, this process can take up to 48 hours. No action is necessary on your end and you will be notified when your account is ready for you. Thank you for your patience.
