Product List Management

Updated today

Every site has a 'Product List' (navigate to Production > Product List to view this). Products are the finished items which you sell, for example a ham and cheese sandwich would be a product.

Your Product List shows the products which the site can produce (if it is a Hub, Standalone or Hybrid) or request from the Hub (if it is a Spoke).

This list also shows the tags that have been set for that product, and the productions during which it can be produced.

Adding a product to a sites Product List

If a site has been assigned a production range then the Product List will show the products within all assigned ranges.

If you need to add a new product to the Product List assign this product to the sites range. It will automatically show within the Product List.

If the site doesn't have a range set the Product List by default will show every recipe that has 'count in stocktake' ticked.

Ensuring production visibility is correct

A product might be available to be made during every production, but there may be occasions a product can only be made during a specific production.

You can review which productions the product can be made in using the Production Visibility column. A green tick symbolises the product can be made during this production. A red cross means it cannot.

To edit this just click the arrow on the right hand side and scroll to the 'production visibility' section of the recipe. Tick or untick the required production. You can find out more about recipe production settings here.
