Summary
On-demand production is for small quantities you make outside your planned fixed and variable productions - for example, making more of an item after unexpectedly running out. Logging it keeps an accurate record of everything produced.
You record it on the Ad-hoc review page, reached from the PCR button on the Production page. Unlike fixed and variable productions, on-demand doesn't need bench planning.
Logging an on-demand production
On the Production page for the day, select PCR in the bottom bar.
Select the On-demand tab within the adhoc section
Check the reviewer named in the banner at the top - quality and label checks are recorded against this user. Select Sign out to switch to someone else first.
Select + Add product, search for and tick the products you've made, then select Add product. Each one is added as its own card.
Complete each card (see below).
When you're done, select Submit review.

Completing a product card
Each product added to the on-demand review has the following fields:

Made by | The person who made the item. Choose them from the dropdown - quality and label checks can only be ticked once a user is selected. |
Planned | How many you set out to make. |
Made | How many were actually produced. |
Rejected | How many were made but not usable. |
Quality check / Label check | Tick each check once it's been carried out. |
Once a card has a maker, quantities and its checks recorded, it collapses to a Complete state showing the time and who reviewed it. The Planned and Made totals also show as badges on the card header.
