Interpreting your child's email reports

I've received emails of my child's session report and weekly report, what are they?

Updated over a week ago

Whilst you can see your child's activity from within your Parent Hub, we'll also keep you updated on your child's progress via email ๐Ÿš€

Session Summary

Once your child completes a day's work on Eedi, we'll send you a session report the following morning with information on how their session went. This will include how many questions they answered, the percentage they got correct as well as a list of the topics they worked on.

Weekly Progress Report

After your child completes a week on Eedi we'll give you an overview of what they worked on and how well they did. This report will also include a list of topics that your child found most challenging ๐Ÿ’ช

Learning Day Alerts

These emails are short reminders to let you know when your child has set themselves a learning day. Here you'll be able to see their current Streak and the routine they have set for themselves ๐Ÿ“…

Can I manage how I receive these emails?

Yes! You can manage your Email and Notification settings in your Parent Hub. Simply go to your โš™๏ธ Account tab and select Emails and Notifications. Use the toggle buttons to choose which emails you'd like to receive:

My email notifications are switched on. Why haven't I received my child's email report?

We'll only email you if your child has completed work on Eedi within the week. If you haven't received a report, it's likely that your child hasn't answered any questions during the week.
