How to use Single Sign-On (SSO)?

EEVEE Mobility offers the ability to log in using Single Sign-On (SSO) to enjoy a seamless and secure login experience with your organization’s credentials.

Which identity providers are supported?

We currently offer Single Sign-On with the following IAM services:

  • Okta Workforce Identity

  • Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory)

If you are using another provider, please reach out to your account manager so we can look into what is possible to add support for your SSO-provider.

How can I request SSO access?

If you are eligible for this (Enterprise) feature, you can easily request this via the platform. Go to Settings - 'Account & login' and click the button Request SSO.

To activate SSO, users must open the invitation email and click the 'Complete setup' button. This will allow setup of the SSO credentials, instead of a password login.

Most common SSO Login Issues?

If you encounter issues logging into the EEVEE Mobility app via Single Sign-On (SSO), follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Open the invitation email and click the 'Complete setup' button. This step is essential for activating the SSO login.

  2. When logging into the app, ensure you select the 'Log in using SSO' option below the main buttons instead of the regular 'Log in' button.
