If you currently have a PRO license and want to move to EEVEE Business, follow the steps described in this article. With our business solution, you get access to automatic reimbursements, a public charge pass and a VAT invoice. View the differences here.
Here is what you should do:
Create a new fleet:
Go our web platform
Log in using you mobile app credentials (note: this will change your account type, you will no longer be able to use the PRO license features)
Alternatively, you can sign up with a brand new account (other email/alias) to keep the functionalities of both products
Once logged in, follow a few steps to set up your platform (add VAT number, billing details, etc)
Link your existing account:
Via the web platform, send an 'invite' to your email address
You will receive an email and/or see a popup in the mobile app
By accepting, your existing account will be linked to the fleet
Add your vehicle:
If you don't have a vehicle linked yet, add one via the mobile app
If you had an existing vehicle to your account (with PRO license), you should reconnect your car via the onboarding flow.
If this is not working, we can link the car for you. Contact us for help.
Manage your subscriptions:
If you want to keep using EEVEE Business after your 30-day trial, you will need to link a payment method via the platform.
If you no longer want to use EEVEE Business, please remove the fleet driver via the web platform. You will see your PRO license via the mobile app.
You can cancel your PRO license at any time via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (see here). This is not done automatically once you start a subscription via EEVEE Business.

A few things to note:
If you had enabled PDF reports via mail, these will be sent as long as your PRO subscription is active, even if you also use EEVEE Business.
If you want to be reimbursed for home charging for an ongoing month, please reach out to us. We can transfer your historical data. You will need an active EVB subscription so we can reimburse the charging costs.
