With EEVEE Mobility you are able to share data between other fleet management tools, such as XPOfleet.
How does the integration work?
Once configured, EEVEE Mobility automatically syncs files to XPOfleet Bridge. These are then processed by XPO and visible in their platform.
When is data processed?
Depending on the file type, the data is synced automatically. For invoice data, this is done up to 2 days after invoicing (beginning of each calendar month).
What data can be shared?
The XPO bridge supports 2 data types:
Invoice data: get a detailled overview of the invoice records. 1 file for all entities, all cost items, including invoice number, VAT percentage, unique records split per session, and so one. Perfect for automatic invoice processing. These are payments facilitated by EEVEE. This will match the amounts on invoice.
Session data: get a complete export of the charging sessions from vehicle data (home, work) and charge pass (public). This file is perfect for detailled data analysis of your fleet charging. These include sessions for which payments are not processed by EEVEE Mobility.
Important: there can be a difference between the invoice & session files.
Invoice file includes:
Home: reimbursed sessions, from vehicle data (for eligible drivers)
Public: sessions paid via EEVEE charge pass (with actual cost)
Work: not included, because not paid via EEVEE
Sessions file includes
Home: all home charging sessions, from vehicle data (also for drivers that are not eligible for reimbursements via EEVEE Mobility).
Public: sessions paid via EEVEE charge pass (with actual cost).
Work: sessions from vehicle data (estimated cost, if locations set up)
💡 Heads-up: charging sessions will be imported as 'Fuel transactions'
How do I set up this integration?
Please contact your account manager at EEVEE Mobility or XPO. They will assist you in the setup procedure. An additional cost may be charged to enable this integration, depending on your current price plan.
Some things to keep in mind:
You must request activation of the ‘EEVEE Mobility Bridge’ in XPOfleet:
Ask this to your account manager at XPO or via support@xpofleet.com
This might include an additional cost (+- €60 /customer/bridge/month)
Wait for confirmation of the activation
To enable the automatic import into XPOfleet:
Please share your customer email (shared via email after XPO bridge activation). This is often in the format CUSTOMER@suppliers.xpofleet.com
To enable automatic imports, you must do the first import manually
