Sharing data with XPO Fleet

Integrate with XPO Fleet to automatically process invoice & session data

With EEVEE Mobility you are able to share data between other fleet management tools, such as XPO Fleet.


How does the integration work?

Once configured, EEVEE Mobility automatically syncs files to XPO Fleet Bridge. These are then processed by XPO and visible in their platform.

When is data processed?

Depending on the file type, the data is synced automatically. For invoice data, this is done up to 2 days after invoicing (beginning of each calendar month).

What data can be shared?

The XPO bridge supports 2 data types:

  1. Session data: get a complete export of the charging sessions from vehicle data (home, work) and charge pass (public). This file is perfect for detailled data analysis of your fleet charging.

    3. This includes:

      1. Home: ALL home charging sessions, from vehicle data (also for drivers that are not eligible for reimbursements via EEVEE Mobility).

      2. Public: sessions paid via EEVEE charge pass (with actual cost). This does NOT include 'other' sessions from vehicle data (not home/work).

      3. Work: sessions from vehicle data (estimated cost, if locations set up)

  2. Odometer data: this legacy bridge import allows you to sync odometer values for your fleet. A specific file format is required. Please note the odometer values are also included in the sessions file, alongside many other datapoints.

Heads-up: charging sessions will be imported as 'Fuel transactions' in XPO Fleet and are identical to a full invoice. Would you be interested in syncing the entire invoice details for your fleet (example HERE), contact your account manager to express interest.

How do I set up this integration?

Please contact your account manager at EEVEE Mobility or XPO Fleet. They will assist you in the setup procedure. An additional cost may be charged to enable this integration, depending on your current price plan.

Some things to keep in mind:

  • You must request activation of the ‘EEVEE Mobility Bridge’ in XPO:

    • Ask this to your account manager at XPO or via support@xpofleet.com

    • This might include an additional cost (+- €60 /customer/bridge/month)

    • Wait for confirmation of the activation

  • To enable the automatic import into XPO:

    • Please share your customer email (shared via email after XPO bridge activation). This is often in the format CUSTOMER@suppliers.xpofleet.com

    • To enable automatic imports, you must do the first import manually
