Why is there no kWh rate shown for my charging session?

In some case we don't receive the correct data from the public charging operators don't send accurate data to EEVEE

In some cases you might see a session where the following applies:

  • Rate: €0,00 /kWh

  • Start cost = Total session cost

This might indicate that the operator did not send correct cost/kWh data to us. That is why there is only 1 cost component (start cost) equalling the total cost for that session.

As a result, this session will not be flagged correctly by the cost control rules, e.g. a maximum session cost of €2 might (incorrectly) flag this session.
