As we retrieve data from the vehicle in realtime, and a data connection is needed for the vehicle to pass information to the systems or your car brand (and to us) it can happen a charging session is not captured.
It is not possible to enter a missing session yourself. If you notice a missing charging session, please provide the date/time/location and if possible a screenshot of the history-tab (all events) at that time so we can look into this.
This is done to ensure accuracy and compliance for reimbursement.
