You can now give direct feedback on charging sessions via our app. Simply open any charging session from the history page and give it a thumbs up or down.
If you choose to give the charging session a 👎, you will be taken to a new page where you will be prompted to give us more information about what went wrong, as well as an option to add a screenshot. This extra information is particularly useful to us if the kW charged is inaccurate and we can obtain details from an alternative source, such as the charging station.
Giving feedback on charging sessions helps us to improve our app, and so in turn improve your charging experience. So please do leave your feedback when you can. Thank you!
