Data for BMW and MINI vehicles is not being retrieved in realtime, but only when an event is finished. This means you will see your charging session in the history of the app when you are done charging the car.
In some cases there can be a delay, with a maximum of 3 hours after the charging session has finished (meaning: unplugged).
If after one hour you still do not see any charging session in the history, or the data does not correspond to what the official app is presenting, be sure to let us know so we can look into this.
