What do I need
In order to link your Cupra you'll need to log in using your Cupra ID. This ID needs to have at least one vehicle linked to it.
Your car needs to be running at least software version 3.0. If your car is running a lower version it needs to be updated first as we are not able to retrieve the location of the vehicle if the software version outdated.
Step-by-step to connect your car
Start the onboarding flow
Choose Cupra (Born) in case you drive a Cupra Born.
Choose Cupra. (Hybrid) in case you drive hybrid model.
Enter the username (email) registered to Cupra.
Enter the password registered to your username (email).
