Missing driver info

Which steps to take when there is driver info missing

In order to reimburse your employees for their home charging sessions it is important EEVEE Mobility has all required data to execute the payout.

Required information

When a fleet driver is eligible for a payout, the driver should have added

  • At least 1 home address in their account

  • Their IBAN (bank account number)

A warning message at the top the Fleet Overview will be shown to make you aware of this. It is important these issues are resolved as soon as possible.

How can I resolve these issues?

  • There is no home address added

  • The IBAN is missing

    • Click the edit-icon (pencil) on the right. Add the IBAN of the driver can click Save.
