In order to reimburse your employees for their home charging sessions it is important EEVEE Mobility has all required data to execute the payout.
Required information
When a fleet driver is eligible for a payout, the driver should have added
At least 1 home address in their account
Their IBAN (bank account number)
A warning message at the top the Fleet Overview will be shown to make you aware of this. It is important these issues are resolved as soon as possible.
How can I resolve these issues?
There is no home address added
Please notify the driver for this so he/she can set up a home location in the app.
The IBAN is missing
Click the edit-icon (pencil) on the right. Add the IBAN of the driver can click Save.
