Inviting new drivers to EEVEE Mobility is a piece of cake!
π« Send invites via email
Click the 'Add drivers' button and enter an email address. You will have optional additional settings. For example:
Vehicle permission: if enabled, they will be able to connect a car
Reimbursement for home charging: if enabled, they will be reimbursed
Optional: select a different start date
Optional: modify the payout rule
Charge pass permission: if enabled, you will be able to link a charge pass
Other: define entity, group, employee ID, custom note or cost control rules

The invites tab gives you an overview of all the pending invites so you exactly know who (should have) received the invite, accepted or declined the invite, has an account created, ...

The EEVEE-app of the driver contains a checklist of actions that need to be done in order to get linked to your fleet and to get reimbursed correctly.

Did not accept the invitation to join the fleet yet
Did not connect their car
Did not complete their profile in order to get reimbursed
Automatic reminders via email will be sent by our system to make sure the drivers are notified in case they have not completed all of the steps yet.
π Making sure drivers will be reimbursed
The EEVEE-app will alert drivers via the new Reimbursements-card in the app with concrete actions to take, and reassure them when everything is all right.
