The root cause is found and fixed by Stellantis. New data should appear and data between 28/02/2024 and 01/03/2024 will be retrieved in the next couple of hours/days.

The issue is being investigated by Stellantis as we speak.
They do have all the data which means there will not be any data loss. Information of charging sessions done since 28/02/2024, and that will occur, will eventually be sent to us. You will not miss out on any reimbursement costs because of this.

Stellantis confirmed and is investigating the issue.
01/03/2024 - 11:00
Since 28/02/2024 at around 10 a.m. we are not retrieving any new data from the following car brands: Peugeot, DS, Opel and Citroën. These are all brands of the Stellantis group.
The moment we did notice this issue we have reported this to them and are awaiting for feedback and a solution.
Charging sessions since that moment are not registered and will not be registered until the incident is resolved. You can check this in the History-tab of the EEVEE-app.
This will have an impact on the reimbursement of home charging costs in case you did or are charging at home.
Apologies for this inconvenience. We are doing everything within our power to provide a solution as soon as possible.
