Keeping your company information up to date is crucial, especially when it comes to generating accurate invoices. On the EEVEE business platform, you can easily update your company details, which will automatically reflect on all future invoices. Follow the steps below to ensure your information is current.

Step-by-Step Guide to Updating Your Company Information

  1. Log in to your EEVEE Business account:

  2. Navigate to the 'Settings' - Plan & Invoicing.

    • Once logged in, locate the navigation menu on the left side of your dashboard.

    • Click on 'Settings' to access your account settings and click 'Plan & Invoicing'.

  3. Click to open the entity you want to make changes for

    • Within the Settings page, look for a section labeled 'Billing details'

    • Click on the entity to view and edit your current company details. A side panel will open.

  4. Edit Your Company Details:

    • You will see an overview of all current data, such as Legal Name, VAT number and other relevant information.

    • Click on the Edit-button at the bottom to enter editing-mode.

    • Enter the data that needs to be updated.

  5. Save Your Changes:

    • After you’ve updated the necessary fields, scroll down to the bottom of the page.

    • Click the 'Save' button to apply your changes.
