A situation might arise where you want to change the email address associated with your Effi account. Maybe your company has changed domains or you have been invited to a team with an outdated email. Whatever the reason may be, Effi makes it easy to see which email is associated with your account and change it.
First, you will head to your dashboard and click the Effi logo to open the main menu.
From there you will want to choose "Account Settings."
Once you've entered your Account Settings, you will be taken straight to your preferences page where you will see your current display name and email. Change your current email in the input field and hit "Save changes."
Next you'll be asked to verify your new email address. Just type in the code sent to your email and click "Verify."
It's that simple to update your settings. And if at any time you need to change your email again, you can just follow the steps and make any changes you need.
