Create an account

Step-by-step guide to creating your Effi account so you can get started building your events.

Whether you're the owner of your organization or have been invited by a team member, we strive to make creating an Effi account as seamless as possible, so you can get straight to the important stuff: creating amazing content.

If you are in that first group, the owners of your organization, continue reading. If you have been invited by a member of your team to join Effi, skip ahead to the section below.

Creating an account as an Owner

When you hit the "Sign Up" button on effi.xyz, you will be taken to the sign-up page, where you will be asked to fill in some information like your name and email, and choose a password. You can also choose to create an account using Google or Microsoft Single Sign-On.

You will then be sent a link to verify your email. Follow the link to continue setting up your account.

Next, you'll be asked to fill out your organization details.

Then it's time to personalize your onboarding track.

When picking a track, it's important to consider what you do at your company and what you, personally, will be using Effi for as part of your team.


After you've chosen an onboarding track, you will be prompted to invite your team. You can do this now or at any point later in your account settings.


The final step in the account setup process is to tell us a little more about your organization.


You can also skip this and click "Set Up Complete" to be taken straight to your dashboard.

Congratulations! You've successfully completed the signup process, and you're ready to start using Effi.

Creating an account as an invited Member

You've just been invited by a member of your team to join Effi—congratulations! To start your journey, hit the "Get Started" button in your invite email.

Hitting the "Get Started" button will take you straight to the "Accept Invitation" page, where you will be prompted to create a password. You can also change your name.

The last thing to do is press "Continue," and you're good to go! You will be taken straight to your dashboard, where you will be able to create a new event.
