When you create a new event, you name it right away. But if at any time you'd like to change the name of your event, Effi allows you to do so from the Dashboard or from Stage.
From the Dashboard
The quickest way to change the name of your event is right from the event card on the dashboard.
Start by locating the event you want to edit and cclicking the qick actions menu in the top right corner.
Then choose "Rename" from the list of options.
A popup will appear prompting you to rename your event. Just enter the new name and hit "Save."
That's how easy it is to change the name of your event right from the Dashboard, now let's take a look at how to do it from Stage.
From Stage
Navigate to the gear icon on the right-hand panel.
A flyout will open with the current event name. Erase the current title and add a new one. It will save automatically.
Feel free to change the name of your event as many times as you'd like until you get it right.
📝 The event name is only visible internally to users in Effi and not to the viewers watching your broadcast.
