Think of the Events Dashboard as your Effi home base. It's where you'll start each time you log in and where you will see, organize, and manage all of your events.

Let's take a deeper look at your Dashboard.

  1. Create new Event: Click here to create a new event.

  2. Event card: Every new event you create will have its own event card. Each card shows you an overview of your event information like title, owner, and connected platforms. You will also see a menu with some quick options where you can rename, delete, and duplicate your event. We'll dive deeper intoevent cards in the section below.

  3. Event sorting: If you have a lot of events, you may want to sort them by most recent or alphabetically.

  4. Menu: Clicking on the Effi logo from the dashboard ( or anywhere else in Effi) will pull up the menu. From there you can navigate to Analytics, Account Settings, our Help Center and more.

  5. Help & Support: Need help? Click the icon to access the help center or chat with an agent who can answer your questions and provide support.

Event Card

Let's zoom in on an event card to see what it shows you:

  1. This is the event title that is shows to internal members only, not to the viewers watching.

  2. This tells you when the event was created.

  3. Shows you who created the event.

  4. Events can be shared with members of your team, and each card will show you a quick look at who it's shared with.

  5. Quickly share events directly from the card.

  6. This is the quick actions menu that gives you access to easily rename, delete, and duplicate your event.

  7. This shows you any platforms you have connected.

  8. If the card is highlighted and has a badge "🏆" badge, it means you have already streamed that event.
