Currently, there’s no limit to the number of members you can invite to join your organization.

Absolutely! If you need to remove someone from your organization, simply go to your members in Account Settings, locate the member you want to remove, and click the trash icon.

Just note, only Owners have the ability to add and remove members from an organization.

No, events are not automatically shared with all members. Sharing options are available for each event, allowing you to choose which members have access to specific events.

Each user can only belong to one organization at a time. If you need to be part of multiple organizations, you can use different email addresses or reach out to support@effi.xyz for assistance.

Unfortunately, once an event is deleted, it cannot be recovered. This is why we ask for confirmation before you proceed with deleting an event.

Absolutely! You can add as many elements as you like to a scene. Whether you want to include multiple instances of the same element, like several polls, or mix things up with different types of elements, Effi gives you the flexibility to customize your screen.

Yes, you can add new elements to your scenes even after your stream is live. Whether you need to create a poll on the spot or add something unexpected, Effi allows you to make adjustments in real time.

While Effi allows you to build and stream your entire event on one platform, you can also integrate it with your preferred streaming software. Just select the "Streaming with Other Software" option in Stage and copy the RTMP credentials into your chosen software (such as OBS, Wirecast, or vMix). Connect all the platforms you want to stream to within Effi, and when you go live, Effi will send your stream to those platforms seamlessly.

Currently, there is no limit on how long you can broadcast with Effi.

Yes, guests can join the broadcast from their phone or tablet without any issues.

No, you can invite guests either by email or by sharing an invitation link through other platforms like Text, Slack, or Messenger.

Effi currently supports YouTube, Twitch, & Restream — which allows you to connect all the platforms they support — and we are always adding more platforms, so be on the lookout!

Effi is not optimized for your phone or tablet. There are a lot of intricate parts and you will have the best experience on a laptop or desktop computer.

You will be able to see incoming chat messages in your Audience Chat, Moderation Panel, and in Analytics.
