Think of scenes as the foundation of your Effi events. Scenes are the blank canvas you can customize with design elements, media, widgets, and guests.

When you create an event a first scene will automatically be populated for you. You can start building your event using that scene— “Scene 1.”

Adding new Scenes

But what if you want to add another scene to your event? Effi makes that easy. Just click the "Add New Scene" button under your preview window and a new scene will populate. Add as many scenes as you'd like.

Renaming Scenes

Click the Layer & Scenes icon on the right-hand panel.

Then choose “Scene settings,” to open a dropdown menu of your options for each scene.

Next to each scene name is a menu. Click to see some options and choose “Rename.” Once you change the name just hit save

💡 Tip: if you plan on having a lot of scenes, we suggest renaming in a way that’s clear what’s happening in the scene. For example: Scene 2: Q&A.
