Streamocracy allows you to collect donations from your viewers in real time through chat. To see all your donation activity, download lists of your donors, and withdraw funds you'll need to access your Streamocracy dashboard in Effi.

First, log in to your Effi account. Use your registered email address and password or sign in with Google or Microsoft to access your dashboard.

Once you're logged in, you will see the Effi logo at the top left corner of the page. Click on this logo to open the main menu. This menu is your gateway to various features and sections of the Effi platform. Find and click on the "Streamocracy" in the options.

That's how to access your main dashboard that shows you an overview of your donation activity for your recent events based on a timeframe you select from the dropdown. From there you will be able to navigate around depending on what you're looking for.

For example, to withdraw funds, you'll click the arrow in the Total Donations box on your dashboard.

To look at closer details for a specific event, just click "View details."

There you will be able to see a list of donors, their usernames, amount they contributed, payment method they used, and be able to download a CSV that contains additional information like their phone number and email addresses.

It's that simple to access and navigate Streamocracy after your events or anytime you'd like to check in and see how your fundraising is doing.
