Streamocracy allows you to collect donations from your viewers in real-time through chat. In order to see all your donation activity, download lists of your donors, and withdraw funds you'll need to access your Streamocracy dashboard in Effi.

Use your registered email address and password or sign in with Google or Microsoft to access your dashboard.

Once you're logged in, you will see the Effi logo at the top left corner of the page. Click on this logo to open the main menu. This menu is your gateway to various features and sections of the Effi platform. Find and click on the "Streamocracy" in the options.

That's how to access the main dashboard that shows you an overview of your donation activity for your recent events based on a timeframe you select from the dropdown. Let's take a closer look at what's on your dashboard.

Total Donations: This card displays the total amount of incoming donations for the selected time period.

Available Balance: Underneath the total donations amount, you'll notice an "Available Balance" figure. This is the balance you have left in your account. If you click the arrow next to it, you'll be taken to the withdrawal page, which provides more details on your balance, withdrawal history, and more. We'll cover this further in the Withdrawing Funds section below.

Number of Donors: This shows you the number of donors who contributed during the selected time period. Donors can make more than one contribution, so there could be more donations than donors.

Average Donation Size: As the title suggests, this shows the average donation size for the given time period. It also indicates whether the average trended up or down from the previous period (if applicable).

Transactions: This table lists all your events within the selected time period, along with the amount of money raised, the number of donations, the number of donors, and the time and date of each event. You can expand each entry for more detailed information about the events, which we will discuss further in the Donor Details section below.

View Analytics: This button takes you directly to your Analytics dashboard, where you can view additional important metrics and insights about your events and donations.

Now that we've taken a look at your main Streamocracy dashboard, let's dive a little deeper into some more environments you'll need to be familiar with to get the most out of Streamocracy. One of the most important is learning how to withdraw your funds.

To withdraw funds and see important information about your withdrawal history, you'll click the arrow in the Total Donations box on your dashboard.

Then click "Withdraw Now" to complete your transaction.

This will open a detailed list of donors, their usernames, the amount they contributed, the payment method they used, and will allow you to download a CSV containing additional information like their phone numbers and email addresses.
