Before you can withdraw your donations, you'll need to connect a bank account. There are two ways to do this:
Connecting your bank account
Option 1: Through Account Settings
Open the main menu
Select "Account Settings"
Navigate to "Organization"
Scroll down to "Payout Preferences"
Connect your bank account via Stripe
📌 Only Owners will have access to Payout Preferences and be able to add and withdraw funds.
Option 2: Through Streamocracy Dashboard
Open the main menu
Select "Streamocracy"
Click the arrow next to your "Available Balance"
If you haven't connected a bank account yet, you'll be prompted to do so via Stripe
Follow the connection process to set up your bank account
Making a withdrawal
The withdrawal option will only appear after you've connected a bank account. Once connected:
Access your Streamocracy dashboard from the main menu
Click the arrow next to your "Available Balance"
Select "Withdraw" (this option appears only after connecting a bank account)
Follow the Stripe prompts to complete your withdrawal
If you don't see the withdraw button, check that you've completed the bank account connection process first. Your funds will be transferred to your connected bank account after following these steps.
