You can easily download a complete summary of all donations as well as more detailed information on your donors through your Streamocracy dashboard. The downloadable report includes comprehensive information about your donations and donors.
Downloading your donation summary
Navigate to your Streamocracy dashboard and click the download button.
This will generate a CSV file containing all your donation data.
Downloading donor information
You'll notice that next too each event there's an option to view more details. Clicking this will open a dashboard that displays all the donation information for that specific event.
To get a more detailed look at all of the donors that contributed to the event, you can click the download button on the event page to download a CSV file of all your donor information.
What's included in the report
The CSV file contains more detailed information than what's visible on the dashboard, including:
Email addresses
Phone numbers
Addresses
Payment methods
Employer information
Transactions details
Donor eligibility
This comprehensive report helps you better understand your donor base and maintain accurate records of all contributions.
