Effy AI allows you to automate the sending of the manager’s review only after all other responses (e.g., self-, peer and upward reviews) have been submitted. You can also set different due dates for each stage of the review process.
Important note: When 'Send manager review after all others are submitted' is enabled, the administrator will not see the manager's review in the list of responses until it has been sent to the manager.
If some responses are still pending, the admin can choose to send the manager’s review manually by clicking the 'Send manager review' button for that specific review - doing so will cancel all remaining pending responses.
