You can export and download your review data — responses and reports — to share or keep outside Effy.
What can I export, and what does each option include?
Download responses — the individual answers for a review, exported to CSV. This is the raw responses, not the formatted report view. Available for a single review or in bulk.
Print / Save as PDF — the formatted report as you see it on screen, from the reviewee's report page.
Good to know: if Download responses shows answers but the on-screen report looks blank, that's a report layout issue (a section may have been removed from the report), not an export problem — check the report's sections or message us in the in-app chat.
How do I get my data out of Effy?
Use Download responses for raw answers (CSV), or Print / Save as PDF for the formatted report. If you need a full data export for offboarding or backup, message us in the in-app chat and we'll help.
Exporting reports
You can export review data to a CSV file in several ways:
Individual reports
Download a single review directly from the reviewee's report page.
Bulk exports
Use Download responses from:
the Reviews tab, or
within a specific review cycle.
Printing or saving as PDF
From the reviewee's report page, you can:
Click Print to print the report, or
Save the report as a PDF.
Note: Bulk PDF downloads are not currently supported.
