Latest updates in running reviews

Updated over 11 months ago

Effective August 24, 2024, we've changed the user experience when launching reviews. These changes will simplify the implementation of review cycles.

What changed?

  1. You can run reviews only once using the same form. Once launched, you can add or edit participants, but you'll need to create a copy of the form for a new iteration.

  2. The button 'Conduct reviews' was removed from the Reviews section; this action is now available only in forms.

  3. After sending the review, you can see this form's Status and Responses tabs. Bulk CSV export capabilities will be added soon (in a week or so).

  4. Bulk changes to the Shared options and Responses due date (formerly Review collection deadline) in the form are now available.

  5. All settings related to question configuration, participant selection, and additional options are now consolidated into a single interface in Forms. Here’s how the review launch process works now:

How does it affect current forms?

There are two options for how to run new reviews in the existing form:
1) add reviewees and then 'Apply new participants' - this option is recommended for 30-60-90-day reviews and review processes based on the job started dates;

2) make a copy of the form and run reviews with it - this option is recommended when running a review cycle (annually, bi-annually, quarterly, etc.).
