Hour entry explained

Read here what to pay attention to before approving hours.

Updated over a week ago

You can register worked or non-productive hours by adding and approving an hour entry. On this page, we explain how to add such an hour entry and what all the components mean exactly.

Adding an hour entry

An hour entry often appears automatically in the time registration. For example, a shift you create in the schedule will be transferred as 'scheduled' in the time registration. Does a team member check-in via Eitjeopdevloer? Then these hours are automatically transferred as 'checked in'. These hours still need to be reviewed and approved afterwards.

Manually adding an hour entry: You can also manually add an hour entry in the time registration. This is done, for example, when a team member was not scheduled but did work. Another instance where this needs to be done manually is for registering sick hours.

You can add a time entry in various ways:

  1. In the hour overview

  2. Via a team member

  3. Via Tools
