You can choose from a number of different contract types. Below the different types and associated details:
Flex contract: use a flex contract for all part-timers with whom you have not agreed a specific number of hours. Part-timers with a fixed number of hours per week can be given a hour contract.
βHours contract: this contract type is for all employees with whom a fixed number of hours has been agreed. It does not matter whether they have a permanent or temporary contract. You can still set this per contract when creating the contract.
βFreelance: if you hire freelancers to work for you. Is it useful to also give them access to eitje and to take them on contract. For example, the costs that this team member entails will also be neatly included in the calculations for the wage costs.
βPayroll: do you use payrolling? These team members are, of course officially under contract with the payroller, but by putting their information in eitje, the costs incurred by these team members are also included in the calculations for the wage costs. Furthermore you'll be able to easily filter these team members when exporting the data.
