Free Account
You can try Eitje for free for 28 days. There is no commitment, you can fully use all its functionalities without any restrictions. In case you do not activate the account within 28 days, it will be suspended automatically. There is no need to cancel.
Should the account be suspended, you can still activate it at any time by providing us with your payment information, using the instructions you find after logging in.
Support
We are there for you when needed. Via Help in the main menu you can find articles (manuals) to find the answer you need. Here you can also find a chat option for support from either our bot, or an agent.

Inform team members
At the start, the account has been set up in a silent mode, so that team members are not immediately notified once you add them to Eitje. It is up to you when you inform them, and invite them to Eitje. Read more about it in this article: Silent Mode
Publish shifts
As soon as team members log in, they will not always see their shifts. This will only be visible to them when the shifts have been published. Read more about it in this article: Publish Shifts
Activate Your Account
As soon as you decide you want to continue using Eitje, you can activate the account. The first invoice will be for the next month. This invoice gives you access to Eitje for the upcoming month, but is based on the number of users of the previous month.
