Frequently Asked Questions

Written by Robert Capla

Will I be able to log in to Eldison Platform after I leave my job and lose access to my work email?

Yes! You can log in with your personal email after your termination process is complete.

When you leave your employer, the operator will handle the termination process, determining which assets you keep (typically vested ones) and which you lose (typically unvested ones). Each company may have different rules for this.

As part of the process, you’ll receive a termination letter, and your personal email will be added to Eldison Platform. Once finalized, your credentials will be switched to your personal email, and you’ll receive a confirmation email to that address.

Can I add or change my personal email address?

Your profile holds two addresses. Your work email is the one you log in with and where notifications go. Your personal email takes over after you leave the company — see the question above.

Adding a personal address doesn’t change how you sign in today. While you’re with the company, you log in with your work email.

The address has to come from your company; we can’t add it for you.

  • If your company syncs people data from an HR system, your profile is maintained there. Ask your HR or People team — the address appears on your Eldison Platform profile at the next sync, usually within a day.

  • If your company doesn’t use an HR integration, ask your equity or plan administrator to add it in the platform.

You don’t have to do this in advance. If there’s no personal address on file when you leave, your operator collects one during the termination process.
