Introduction

This document details the "schemas" on the Eldison platform, which are configurations essential for executing various processes. Schemas ensure that each process is carried out consistently and in compliance with predefined parameters.

Schema Configuration

Every schema defines key aspects of a process, including:

  1. Document Templates: Specifies templates for documents generated during the process.

  2. Signatories and Signing Order: Lists required signatories and their signing sequence.

  3. Participant Eligibility: Sets criteria for who can participate in the process.

Award Schemas

In award schemas, additional parameters include:

  1. Vesting Parameters: Outlines conditions for award vesting, like time frames and performance goals.

  2. Valuations: Sets the default valuation scenario for calculation of asset price, initial value or exercise price.

Operators can adjust these default parameters during process creation if necessary.

Termination Schemas

In termination schemas, additional parameters include:

  • Vested Assets Resolution: Specifies if participants keep or lose vested assets after termination.

  • Unvested Assets Resolution: Specifies if participants keep or lose unvested assets after termination.

Exercise Schemas

Exercise schemas include:

  1. Mapping to 'Exercised Assets' Plan: Defines the plan that will contain the exercised assets once the exercise process is complete.

  2. Asset Lapse Conditions: Defines if assets lapse if not exercised within a specific period.
