Steps
Locating Specific Audit Forms
This page provides several ways to sort and filter the list of forms in your library.
Filters
Search - Use this field to find specific forms in your library. This search looks for words used in the title of a form.
Teams - Selecting a specific team in this filter will narrow down the results to forms available for viewing by that team. This includes forms that may have been developed by other teams (referred to as "Owner" in our content production terminology).
Time Frame - Narrow down your results to just submissions for a selected period.
Sort Actions
You can sort any columns displayed on this page, such as on the Resource Views page. Click on the column's title to toggle between ascending to descending and descending to ascending sort orders.
View Reports
To view synthesized summary data, click the carat in the Reports column for the specific audit. The Audit Details page will display the results according to the filters (team and time frame) set for the page.
Some audits contain required and recommended elements. This page defaults to showing data from just the required elements. If there are recommended elements to include, you will see an "Include Recommended Elements" box, which you can toggle on to display all elements.
Export
All exported files will be in CSV format so that the data can be used in your own reporting documents and systems.
Export a summary report of the synthesized data for all teams
Select All Teams in the team filter.
Select the desired time frame.
Click on the orange "Export Summary by Team" button on the right hand side of the page. A download will commence.
Export individual audit submission data
Select an individual team in the "Team Name" field.
Click on the "Export Audit Submissions" button on the right-hand side of the screen. A download will commence.
