Introduction

Access usage data for all your published resources in the Resource Views dashboard.

Steps

Locating Specific Resources

This page provides several ways to filter and sort your library.

Filters

  • Search—Use this field to find specific resources in your library. This search looks for words used in the title of a resource.

  • Resource type filter—If you are looking for specific types of resources, apply this filter to narrow down the results.

  • Team name filter - Selecting a specific team in this filter will narrow down the results to resources available for viewing by that team. This includes resources that may have been developed by other teams (referred to as "Owner" in our content production terminology).

Sort Actions

You can sort any of the columns displayed on this page. Click on the column's title, which will toggle between ascending to descending and descending to ascending sort orders.

Engagement With Specific Resources

To get an in-depth view of which of your staff have viewed a specific resource, click the arrow icon in the Details column on the far-right-hand side of the screen.

Click on the column headings to sort them in ascending or descending order. You can sort the columns on this page by:

  • Users (alphabetical)

  • Views (ascending or descending)

  • Last Viewed (ascending or descending)
