Access submission data for all your published forms in the Form Submissions dashboard.

Steps

Locating Specific Forms

This page provides several ways to sort and filter the list of forms in your library.

Filters

  • Search - Use this field to find specific forms in your library. This search looks for words used in the title of a form.

  • Form type filter - If you are looking for specific types of forms, apply this filter to narrow down results.

  • Teams filter - Selecting a specific team in this filter will narrow down the results to forms available for viewing by that team. This includes forms that may have been developed by other teams (referred to as "Owner" in our content production terminology).

Sort Actions

You can sort any of the columns displayed on this page like you can on the Resource Views page. Click on the column's title, which will toggle between ascending to descending and descending to ascending sort orders.

View Activity

Click the carat icon in the Activity column to see a list of users who have viewed or submitted a form. You can also download individual user form submissions from this page.

Export

All exported files will be in CSV format, which makes the data usable in your institution's reporting documents and systems.

To start an export, click on the download icon on the right side of the screen in the line with the form title.
