Introduction
You can request new content or updates to existing content through the Production Request form. These requests will be sent directly to our Content Operations team for fulfillment.
You can view your past submissions on the Production Request dashboard.
A note about initiatives: If you need to start an initiative, such as creating resources for orientation, a skills day, a quality improvement project, or any effort that requires a significant number of resources and forms, please contact your account management team before submitting a content request. They will arrange a call with you to discuss the scope and timeline of the initiative so we can develop a plan and allocate time for delivering the necessary content.
Form Fields Explained
Source Materials
Source materials are the foundation for every production task. Please share as many materials as you think are needed to fulfill this request.
You can upload your files in two ways: by drag-and-drop or by using a file selector to pick files saved on your machine.
Drag and drop - Drag your file onto the gray box that reads "Drop files, or click to pick." A blue progress bar will appear at the bottom of the box to indicate that your file is being uploaded. When the upload is complete, the filename will appear in a field below the gray box. You can upload additional files using this workflow
File picker - If you prefer to pick files from a location on your computer, click on the gray box and a file selection dialog will appear. Navigate to your desired file or select multiple files and click "Open." A blue progress bar will appear at the bottom of the box to indicate that your file is being uploaded. When the upload is complete, the filename will appear in a field below the gray box. You can upload additional files using this workflow.
To remove uploaded files, click on the "X" to the right of the file name. The file will disappear from the field and will not be included in your request.
