When judging in the gym, you don’t need to wait for the video to upload. Elevien allows judging on both mobile and web platforms, making it convenient wherever you are.
Follow these steps:
Select the Category: Choose the appropriate category you are judging.
Select the Gymnast: Pick the gymnast from the list or use the search bar if the gymnast is not immediately visible.
Enter the Score: Click the "Enter Score" button.
Depending on your role(s) and apparatus*, you will have fields to input:
D Score
Penalty
E Deductions
Submit the Score: Once you have entered the required information, press "Submit Score."
Proceed to the Next Gymnast: Move on to the next gymnast in the list and repeat the process.
*In this example, we have Artistry deduction for Fthe foor apparatus in Wthe AG discipline
Judging from home (online)
An innovative way to judge competitions without the need to travel, which saves time and expenses.
Judging online involves reviewing recorded routines and submitting scores remotely through the system.
Here’s how it works:
Getting Set Up:
You will be added to the competition as a judge using your phone number at least one hour before the event.
Once added, you’ll gain access to the judging screen.
Judging Screen Overview:
The judging screen displays all the apparatuses you need to judge and your assigned judging roles.
Steps to Judge Online:
Wait for the Video to Upload: Ensure the gymnast’s routine video is uploaded.
Select the Gymnast: Use the list or search bar to find the gymnast you’re judging.
Review the Routine: Watch the routine carefully using the video provided.
Important: E judge can only play video once
Enter the Score:
Input your D Score for difficulty.
Add your E Deductions for execution, based on your role(s).
Submit the Score: Finalize your input by pressing "Submit Score."
Tip: If your internet connection is unstable, switch the video quality from High to Low in the bottom right corner.
