How do I make sure my judge jury is set up properly?

After making changes in schedule, click the "Publish" button. Remember, publishing affects both MAG and WAG simultaneously. Go back to the Judges tab to check the placements.

I updated/changed judges but they cannot see their new roles in the app. What can I do?

Make sure that all changes in schedule are published and that they are logged in with the same phone number as they are added to the system. Also, check if the competition start date and time are correctly set in settings tab.

What happens if I restart the schedule?

Restarting the schedule or using the Wizard to customize it will remove all assigned judges.
