Watching routine videos (and why a video may be missing)

Where routine videos appear, when they become available, and what to do when one is missing or wrong.

Where videos appear

Routine videos are attached to the result list: open the competition, pick the category and apparatus, tap a gymnast, and play the routine. Videos are available in the mobile app and on results.elevien.com when the competition uses video.

Elevien shows recorded routines, not a live stream - a video appears after the routine has been recorded and uploaded.

When do videos become available?

Usually shortly after the routine, once the recording has been uploaded and processed.

A video is missing or wrong

  • No videos anywhere in the competition – the organiser may not be using video recording at that event.

  • One routine has no video – the recording may still be uploading, or that routine was not captured.

  • The wrong video is attached to a gymnast - report it in the chat.

  • Private competition – make sure you opened the competition via its link first (see "How to find and watch a competition").

Downloading videos

Downloading is available to competition staff - see the "Downloading videos" article. Spectators can watch videos in the app and on the web, but not download them.
